Wafaa Wujhat Travel and Tourism Company, as the owner and operator of the Wujhat platform and application (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and respecting their personal data. By using the Platform or completing any booking through it, the Customer acknowledges that they have read this policy and agree to what is stated therein.

We share Customer personal data only to the extent necessary, within the following limits:
- Tourism Service Providers: Hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, airlines, and SIM card providers, for the purpose of executing the booking.
- Technical or Operational Service Providers: Such as booking systems, hosting, or technical support.
- Government or Judicial Authorities: If required by law or official order.
We do not sell Customer personal data or share it for independent marketing purposes.
5. Data Transfer Outside the Kingdom
The nature of tourism services may require transferring some personal data to service providers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the purpose of executing bookings within the tourist destination. We retain Customers' personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this policy, or to comply with regulatory requirements, then it is deleted or destroyed securely.
8. Your Rights as a User
According to applicable regulations, the Customer has the right to:
- Request access to their personal data.
- Request correction or update of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of their data within what is permitted by law and the nature of the service.
- Withdraw consent for data processing, whenever possible without affecting the execution of existing bookings.
The Customer can exercise these rights by contacting us through the contact methods indicated below, and the Company will review requests and respond within thirty (30) days.

The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience and analyze performance. The Customer can manage cookie settings through their browser settings.
10. Privacy Policy Updates
Wafaa Wujhat Travel and Tourism Company reserves the right to modify this policy from time to time. Modifications are effective from the date of publication on the Platform, and the Customer's continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
